Account Manager

You will be assigned a dedicated account manager who provides assistance to users with day-to-day computing needs.



Unit Pricing

Our fees are based on the number of servers and workstations, so you should not expect to pay more than the set fee on a typical month.



Help Desk Support

Each workstation receives 0.5 hrs of support per month.
(e.g.)   20 workstations  x  0.5 hrs  =  10 hrs total for the month.



Proactive Maintenance

Monitoring software is installed on each computer, alerting us by email if any of the following items require attention. 

    Workstations
  • - Backup
  • - Antivirus
  • - Security updates
  • - Available disk space
  • - Disk defragmentation
Servers
  • Includes all items with workstations plus
  • - Physical disk health
  • - Temperature
  • - Power supply
  • - Fan speed
  • - Backup battery
  • - Memory integrity
  • - CPU/Memory/Disk performance

    At Relion Support, we stand behind our work.  You will never incur overage fees from a system crash even if you run out of your pre-paid hours.

    Bundled Security Software

    Anti-virus, backup, and firewall software are provided for each computer so that your data is kept safe. Content filtering is also included to prevent inappropriate web surfing during business hours.
