You will be assigned a dedicated IT Professional who is reachable by direct line to quickly address your issues.

Scheduled Maintenance

We provide regular onsite visits to address ongoing issues and also spend time getting to know your business. The more we spend time with you, the better we will able to understand your needs.

Emergency Support

For issues that require immediate attention, we offer 1 hr emergency response 7 days a week, between the hours of 7am - 11pm. We will drop everything and work on your issue right away.

Training

Rather than fixing the same issues day after day, our goal is to get everyone trained with the basics. A well trained workforce is more likely to appreciate technology. This makes everyone happy, including us.

Documentation

Every service we perform is tracked in our ticketing system and documented in your monthly invoice. We also provide a custom website where we document your passwords, licenses, and warranty information. You will never be kept in the dark!
