Servers receive unlimited support.
Workstations

Each workstation receives 0.5 hrs of support per month.
(e.g.) 20 workstations x 0.5 hrs = 10 hrs total for the month
- - Unused hours can be applied to any workstation.
- - Unused hours are rolled-over for up to 6 months.
