ServerAssurance™ is a combination of services packaged in one easy to understand product. Simply put, ServerAssurance™ protects your server from failure.
Servers can crash for a number of reasons: hardware failure, software bug, or human error. For $185/mo, we cover the labor for any and every cause that can bring your server down. In addition, we guarantee that you will be never be down for more than one business day.
Preventive Maintenance
One of the most common causes of server failure is downright silly: low disk space. Imagine your network being down because the server is out of disk space! Such easily preventable issues are caught by our monitoring software on a daily basis. Please see IT Maintenance page for details on the items monitored.
Service Level Agreement
With preventive maintenance, your server should hum along for years without any major issues. However, in the event that the server does fail, ServerAssurance™ service level agreement provides 1 hour response and 4 hour onsite guarantee. From the moment you call regarding a server issue, we are remoted in and resolving the issue within an hour. If we need to be onsite, we will be there within 4 hours.
Consider the following worst case scenario:
| 9:00am | We are alerted that your server is down. |
| 10:00am | The server is unresponsive to remote access. The issue is escalated onsite. |
| 1:00pm | Hardware failure is confirmed. Dell warranty department is contacted. |
| 5:00pm | Dell technician is onsite with the replacement parts. |
| 6:00pm | The server turns on, but the OS is corrupt. Restore from backup is started. |
| 10:00pm | The server is restored to the backup image from the previous day. Server is tested and verified. |
| 9:00am next day |
We follow up onsite to make sure everything works as expected. |

The confidence in our ability to bring you back online in a timely manner lies in our battle tested backup system: Storagecraft Shadowcopy (www.storagecraft.com). Having tried many different backup solutions in the past, we can confidently say that we sleep easy at night knowing that we found the best solution that the market has to offer.
While Storagecraft Shadowcopy is not an inexpensive product ($995/server), we provide a copy with every server enrolled under ServerAssurance™.

ServerAssurance™ enrollment is easy.
- Purchase 4 hour response warranty from the manufacturer
- Pay $185/mo per server
Program exclusions
In the event of a natural disaster or theft, physical loss of the server may result. We cannot guarantee uptime or offer free labor in such cases. After all, there is nothing to fix if the server has burned down with the building! We do, however, offer Managed Offsite Backup which allow retrieval of data even in the worst of circumstances.
